"I've been going to Blaze ever since living in Las Vegas 10 years ago and was my fav because every pizza was made the same. I guess they have gone away from measuring the portions. My one top had so much extra cheese and sauce that the first bite ALL the cheese and topping came off. I had to eat it with a fork and knife. The Build Your Own Pizza (11-inch) we added the drizzle of balsamic but turn out to be drowned in it so much so it had puddles of it. In the past they would use utensils to measure toppings for the PERFECT pizza but now it seems it's the amount each person thinks is the right amount. "
