"The chicken pie was not golden, it was completely burned, dark brown, and bitter. The empanadas arrived burned and extremely dry inside, and to make things worse, one of them was missing a portion, clearly incomplete. This shows a total lack of respect for the customer.
There is absolutely no excuse for serving food in this condition. Not the weather, not high demand, nothing justifies delivering burned, poorly prepared food. This reflects zero quality control and zero commitment to customer satisfaction.

"After living in NYC for 3.5 years, and being raised Jewish by my mother, whose family moved from the Bronx and Brooklyn to L.A. with the Dodgers, I know a little something about bagels. And these bagels are by far the best I've had in Boston.
The inside of every bagel is soft, fresh, chewy. The exterior of every bagel is crispy. They are large enough without being overly massive or doughy. They hold up to wet toppings without getting soggy. And each flavored bagel tastes distinctly like its intended flavor.
I love the Seaport sandwich (bagel with cream cheese and lox), but I've tried every breakfast item on different bagels, and several of the Carnegie pastrami/corned beef sandwiches, and they are all righteous. And during the week, there's BOGO Cold Brew, which is what initially drew me to this shop. I highly recommend it to anyone without a gluten allergy or sensitivity. I plan on ordering from here a lot."
"The Cinnamon Crunch Bagel with walnut cream cheese is a dream come true! If you like Panera's version you will LOVE this one. Really good. The size of both the bagel and sandwich were incredible. I love when I can have half and then tuck the other half away for later...and like a half hour later lol. The Large Iced Coffee is an excellent portion and it's quite nice, as so many other places offer significantly less as a large. I also appreciated that they labeled which coffee was which! That said, I ordered Oatmilk in both and they came looking quite dark so they either forgot or only added a pinch. Luckily I have creamer at home but if I didn't I would've been bummed. The Mini Eclair was as good as it looked. The Mini Strawberry Cheesecake and the Mini Pineapple Cheesecake were creamy and very good and the whole top was covered with the fruit. My favorites were the shortcake, tiramisu and ricotta cannoli, but there wasn't a loser in the whole bunch! I loved the minis because I could get a nice sampling variety."
