"The last 2 times I have ordered from here, the large Large Gyudon Beef bowl has been well under weight, and having minimal amounts of beef, as opposed to when I have gone there myself in the past. The issue is specifically because of the cook who works there in the evenings. No other Yoshinoya does this. Also last night it was exceptionally greasy, and it was made from the fat, which is really gross, especially when they're supposed to boil it away into the broth; I cook gyudon myself sometimes, so I know that they're supposed to cook the shaved beef in the water and soy sauce with yellow onions and mirin until the fat is completely rendered by the process, but this was full of nasty chunks and ribbons of fat. This is what remains at the end of the day when they're done shaving the beef, and it's not supposed to be served; so this either indicates inventory mismanagement, or laziness, but neither one is acceptable. The udon noodles were good, as was the Teriyaki Grilled chicken bowl."

"I've eaten from here quite a few times. I don't know if it's authentic or not. However everything I've had has been delicious. I love the spicy cilantro sauce. I'd put it on everything if I could. The grilled chicken is tender and yummy. I'm super picky about chicken and I know I can get perfectly cooked chicken and not worry if its under or over cooked! "
