Caught me by surprise that it was more of a rub instead of the drenched seasoning. Consider it closer to New Orleans style in Texas. I prefer this type of seasoning. The snow crab was pretty good and the crawfish was a little small and slightly soft but plenty for a late meal. I'd order again just for the seasoning. It's pretty darn good."
