No "old oil" taste that many other places taste like. Beef and pork were both tender and bite sized. The 132. Teriyaki Beef was to die for. IT WAS MED RARE! It wasn't over done tough shoe leather drenched in sickly sweet sauce! And the 117. Beef with String Beans was super tender with a tasty garlicky sauce. Many places every beef dish has the same taste...and the same Pork is used in all the pork dishes. Not these dishes. They all tasted different.
