"I had never had Chocolate Factory before, but work with quite a few people who are obsessed with it....so decided to try it. OMG. I GET IT!!!! I have now had it three times in a month! I've dined in at the Waukesha location and ordered Door Dash from the Oconomowoc location. All orders have been correct and they have done a great job of following special instructions on my delivery orders. Such good food! The Italian Beef is my absolute favorite, but The Phoenix is a close second. And the Hot Giardiniera is AMAZING!!!!"
