It was missing something, in my personal opinion, onion would have given it a bit more flavor. the dressing had a jelly like consistency which I guess one would call a glaze, hopefully it wasnt old? the bread was good but it came with a garlic oil that tasted like it was shrimp scampi sauce, very fishy, I hope it was a mistake because that did not taste good at all. the salad also has green bell peppers in it which didn't work well without the onion. the tomatoes were diced so tiny the flavor was lost.
