"I got the 3 Meat, 3 Sides Platter Combo because it was bogo. I requested all items to be separate due to photos in reviews where items had spilled over. The restaurant followed the instructions. Portions were big and hearty. The freshness was varied but to be fair I ordered late at night. So maybe it would have been fresher earlier.
Food reviews:
Fried Okra- softer than I prefer but the batter and flavor were good it just needed to be fried a bit longer.
Potato salad- super runny but good flavor. Typical potato texture but would have been better if was thick and not runny.
Baked Beans- also extremely runny and the flavor profile was terrible. It tasted more like pinto beans cooked in a ham bone.
Macaroni- other reviews said flavorless but I disagree. There was quite a bit of flavor to it but again it was runny. Almost like noodles in queso.
Corn on the Cob- this tasted maybe like it was grilled flavor was alright but it just tasted like corn not buttery or seasoned but was obviously frozen
Chopped brisket- large portion but I can see where the other reviews compared it to beef jerky. Not in texture or dryness but flavor profile. It wasn't especially soft or greasy.
Pulled pork- this was more like chopped pork than pulled. Not the traditional pulled apart style like a cheese stick but chunks of meat. Flavor was ok but not what you'd expect.
Riblets- these were the best meat hands down. Prepared correctly with good flavor and the perfect char.
Bbq Sauce- we got hot honey on all of our meat as the sauce. It tasted more like just honey bbq. The sauce was a super small portion and poured on top of the meat. I would recommend the restaurant send the sauce in portioned cups rather than on the meat."

"I ordered elote's in a cup, Large horchata drink and strawberry crema. The orders came in a dripping plastic bag because of the drink that according to the driver did not fit right in the drink holder. It was very messy. The large drink came in half full. The elote's was too expensive for the price of $11:49 for an 8 oz styro cup. It's a waste of money since the taste was bland. I am very disappointed. Not recommended"

"Yet another great experience with this business. I've never been a fan of Americanos, but I had neither tried an iced version nor had the espresso and vanilla mix...only had been able to get original, hot, black coffee and never attempted to drink one where ice was an option. However, the Best Drink Ever was made very well and had a very well-balanced blend of espresso and vanilla...will have to give the Vanilla Latte or Vanilla Bean Latte a shot in the near future.
The Horchata Iced Latte tasted great...could've probably used a little more cinnamon, but still much better than anywhere else, without having to drink it as a chai or shake...or just a regular Horchata, itself. That was definitely a surprise. Next will be the Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew (has to be much better than Starbucks).
The Sweet Heat Waffle Sandwich tasted amazing, despite being a little extra crispy on a few edges. The egg and sausage were nice and soft, and just the right thickness. The Apple Turnover was delectable and the apple filling almost stretched throughout the entire crust. The crust itself was soft and very flavorful.
This place is checking all the boxes, and very close to becoming my all-time favorite!
