Fried Noodles/udon are udon with assorted veg (broccoli, green onion, bean sprouts) and your choice of protein. I chose shrimp which came juicy and perfectly cooked (even delivered). only note is that the shrimp seem to be lightly battered and ended up being soggy. this wasn't a problem as the coating was so light, it wasn't noticeable.
