"They didn't read my detailed notes at all, and didn't contact me if they were out of something as I requested. I requested 3 different common donut types (chocolate bar, plain/vanilla cake with chocolate frosting, and glazed buttermilk) and included backup options for each. I got 1 correct, and 2 totally wrong. I also paid for a $5 iced Iced Coffee just so I could get a cup of ice, because I'm out, and they didn't include that either. No one at the shop apologized, they all blamed someone or something else. I usually go to the Bosa on Dysart & McDowell, and I'll never order from this one again after this - the employees at my regular store are so nice, and have never gotten my order wrong."

There was rarely a bad piece. I ordered delivery or to-go and two to-go bowls would seem to equal the value the big bowl got in store. $7.50+ felt like an ok value for healthy fruit. This last order was underwhelming. Only one small bowl which wasn't very full. Strawberries were bits. The cantaloupe was 50/50 and one piece tasted like a potato was cut along side with same knife.
