"I enjoyed the Sisig Silog—though it was a bit salty for my taste, I appreciate that it wasn’t oily at all. The portion was generous for the price, and the crispiness was great. There was something I couldn’t quite pinpoint that was missing from the flavor, but overall it was good. The Pancit Bihon, on the other hand, was exceptional—definitely one of the best I’ve had in Vancouver. It had a wonderful, homey taste and was far from bland.
