The sauce was supposed to be a white wine demi glaze, but I tasted neither flavor, nor the saffron, in the dish. The hollandaise sauce accompanying the tiny Grilled Asparagus spears tastes like straight mustard, nothing more. Whole meal was disappointing. I eat a lot of high quality salts and am not sensitive to it- it was just way too much. Would not order again."
