"I order the Yum Woon Sen regularly, but couldn't eat this today. Many of the usual ingredients were missing, so no flavor: no cilantro, no green onion, and no lime dressing. But the worst part is that it only came with about 2 tablespoons of the ground chicken and it was not fully cooked and there was little to no larb seasoning (both of which I noticed right away when I took my first and only bite). I sought help from DoorDash and only received $4.10 credit on this $14 dish. Even with undercooked chicken. This is not the first time I've received poor quality food from this restaurant, but it is the first time I've written a public review (I've written private feedback in the past). I've had some good food from this place, and it became my go-to, but those good food experiences became fewer and further between. This restaurant could stand to do quality checks before they send any food out the door. Their food quality has declined since they opened a couple years ago. Time to find a new go-to Thai restaurant. Should the owners see this public review and find a way to make things right, I will happily update this review. "
