"I am appalled at how horrible the quality of food prep is. The grilled cheese sandwiches are literally the name of the "restaurant" and yet they are the worst grilled cheeses I've ever had, hands down. The cheese wasn't even melted, AT ALL... like, be so for real. Both sandwiches had extras added (which means extra $$) but of course we didn't get any of those.
