The banana peppers on my sandwich were gross they didn’t taste fresh at all. I work in the food industry and know what fresh ingredients taste like and the banana peppers i got were completely gross. They also didn’t toast the meat and cheese like I requested and the sub was drowned in oil although I did ask for the oil the 3 layers of wrapping the small sandwich came it were completely soaked. Also they packaged each item individually which is a huge waste of paper the big bag they put just the condiments and macarons in although it was big enough to fit all 3 of the items i ordered. Then they put my sandwich in a whole other bag then put the sandwich inside a bag with two sandwich papers wrapped around it. Then the pizza logs came packaged in a box 3 times the size of the logs themselves... Just a lot of paper waste.
