"I ordered the California R14. California Roll, R25. Shrimp Tempura Roll and the A4. Shrimp Shumai. The sushi was well packed and tasted great. The shrimp shumai was good as usual. I ordered the Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake which was not really a cheese cake. It had a graham cracker crust, a cheesecake type layer, a spongecake layer and a whipped topping layer with fruit and some type of syrup over the top, maybe orange or mango. I couldn't tell what it was but the whole dessert was good. I have yet to be disappointed when I order from here."

Burrito is smaller than I remember and the tortilla is thicker, and the meat isn't as juicy as it was before. it wasn't terrible but it was clearly a downgrade. The Torta De Lomo was good but the bun was more chewy than I expected & it could use more meat. Chips and Salsa ... the chips lacked salt. they were fresh tho. They have a chance to do better, but I miss Manuel already tbh."

"Honestly, I'm writing this review because I am a longtime customer of Ice Cream Factory, and I feel the recent doubling of the prices is being misunderstood. Did you know that the price of a dozen eggs has doubled since December alone? In the last five months, it quadrupled. Milk is also more expensive, albeit not as drastic. But my point is that this isn't greedy capitalism or a random price gouge. They kept the price as low as they could for as long as they could. I doubt they're making any more money than they were before with these prices. Ice cream, especially high-quality, handmade ice cream, has become incredibly expensive to make. The prices merely reflect the economic reality right now, and I imagine they will go back down once ingredients aren't spiraling in cost anymore. I wish Ice Cream Factory the best during this tough time. I'll continue to support their business because this is the best ice cream I've ever eaten. I love this place!"
