The koobideh was great but was lacking in salt this time. From our last order the ghorme sabzi was good but the beans were overcooked. Also I don't understand why they put the meat on aluminum foil instead of directly on the rice so the rice could soak up all the great juices, maybe they have some reason for it but I don't know what it is.
