"I love their Famous Star® with Cheese my favorite! What i also love about them is they put it in a bag sealed incase tampering. They also put a seal over the drinks straw holes so no tampering with it either. You can't remove the lid unless you break the seal. "

"45 minutes after placing order the app still showed preparing order so we called the store (#818). The store said yes it had been ready for quite awhile. Picked up almost $70 worth of cold burgers and fries with absolutely no apologies from the store. Called store and spoke with manager, who said repeatedly that she has no control over it and gave me district manager's phone number.
