"Disturbing and disappointing - ordered pick up - Ruben, no Russian dressing, bacon for my side (because it was an option and easy breakfast tomorrow morning, hello!). First time going inside and probably won't go back.
Waited under the pick up sign for over 5 minutes, 3 people looked me in the eyes but not one offered to hand me the bag sitting just out of reach.
