"I was hoping for much better from this restaurant. The chicken in the Tom Yum soup was about 2 cm cubed in volume, resulting in the chicken being dry and largely flavourless. Is there any reason why thinner slices weren't used so that they would absorb the stock of the soup and become more tender? Same criticism can be levelled at the Pad Thai and Lemongrass Chicken (which also must have been the smallest serve I have ever received from a take-away restaurant). More care with food preparation would likely fix most of these issues. "
