Fogo de Chão has always been known for its high standards and exceptional quality, which is precisely why we chose to order from you. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the reputation your establishment typically carries. The picanha and lamb we received was significantly overdone and not prepared according to the doneness we requested. "I normally come here for my lunch break and its always a hit or miss. Majority of the time a hit, however today I placed an order on doordash and my sandwich included banana peppers. once i arrived to the store they told me that they were out of the peppers and asked if i wanted to sweet peppers. I said no, I asked will since it was a $1 can I get a drink instead or my money back and the girl told me no. I don’t care how small the amount is, I should get what I paid for or my money back. Probably won’t return."
