Most of the flavor prolly came from the pre-made bottled sauce so, I assume the cook doesn't taste the dish he puts out. GMO soy edamame soy beans! Clam chowder was weak! Lobster bisque was aight. Broccoli was, steamed: what else could be said about that? So I payed $50 for a dish that had enough sauce for 4 more plates, some soup and broccoli."
