The sausage/egg/cheese kolache was filled with the scramble and served as a nice mini breakfast in one. The dough for both was fluffy and soft. I tried kolache once in Seattle at a local shop, and these compare they are wonderful if you're looking for some new baked good options. Overall, the flavor profile was on the higher side, I definitely appreciated the great puffy texture and friendly service.
