Had a loaded baked potato & buttered mushrooms for my sides. Everything was perfectly cooked. My Flat Iron was perfection and the flavor was so good. Much better than the sirlion or tips I've been eating for years. The few dollars more is worth it in the end as I don't eat a lot of red meat to begin with so it pays to eat the best quality availble when I do. The only complaint I have would be the mushrooms were too salty. So I took a star off for too much salt. While they were perfectly cooked and buttery flavored too, it was salty enough that the salt granules crunched between my teeth and left a bitterness on my tongue. Definitely too salty on the mushrooms. Otherwise very good and I'd order again, but with the request of "lightly salt". "
