You will OFTEN get wrong / missing items or someone else's food. Same with drinks. 2. The food is VERY pricey and handled with little care, so at the end of the day, you may be paying for the most expensive sopping wet tacos you've ever had the displeasure of eating. 3. They LITERALLY ONLY FILL LARGE DRINKS HALF WAY. When I'm paying for a drink, I want the whole thing. Now for some positivity, they do have good sauce and their Cinnabon Bites are pretty good.
