"Fu Manchung is easily one of the best Asian fusion restaurants we have tried in a long time. We got the Crabby Cream Rolls, the Macarollee's, a Phat Thai and a Lil' Pho. It easily fed two adults and two kids, we would have been happy even if it hadn't fully fed us because we were mainly interested in sampling a selection of their food. Both of the spring rolls were very crisp and delightful, the crab cream rolls were our favorite and the perfect mix of flavors. While the cheese flavor in the macarollees is slightly lacking, the texture was amazing, both light and crispy. The Phat Thai is undeniably one of the best Pad Thai iterations we've found in a long time. It's soft, tangy, lightly sweet, very savory, and has a great portion size. The Lil' Pho has the same base broth as the pholicious, and it is great, very unique, with incredible depth of flavor. Everything came super hot, incredibly fresh and very well packaged.
