"I ordered 12 Chicken Wings and Shrimp Pasta. The Chicken Wings were missing, and DoorDash processed free re-delivery. The dasher called me to let me know that the order was not ready and passed the phone to someone at the restaurant. This individual advised that they don't have Chicken Wings. I requested to replace it with Ground Beef Pasta, and he advised that he could only replace it with a salad. To clarify, he wanted to replace a $26.99 Chicken Wings order with a $7.99 Salad. I rejected his offer and got great support from DoorDash Support. Moving forward to Shrimp Pasta quality, the dish is subpar with runny tomato sauce (It looked like water with colouring than a fresh tomato sauce), cardboard pasta (Packaged Grocery Pasta would have been much better than this) and four pieces of uncleaned, overcooked, shrivelled, and uneatable shrimp."

"I've been a loyal customer of this Churrasco for years. I thought I could trust their delivery service but my recent experience has left me beyond disgusted and extremely disappointed. For almost $70, I received chicken that was completely burnt. When I tried a small piece, all I could taste was charcoal. Their "roasted" potatoes were another disaster—placed in a small litre container that made them so soggy they fell apart when picked up and were extremely squishy. Nothing roasted about them. They were utterly inedible. No one should have to eat food that tastes this bad. On top of this, I requested a Ginger Ale or Iced Tea for my pop order and received two Coca Cola's. Not only was the food disgusting, the service and attention to detail were non-existent. "
