5. Food is cold. Again, better packaging is required.

The mall location at Gerrard Square are charging us $10 for only half a bucket of fries. The same goes with a LARGE popcorn chicken bucket. The location at College Park, though a rush-rush at that location because they also handle Taco Bell at least they fill the large fries bucket to the top.
The lone standalone location over by Danforth East and Main, they too are a hit and miss when it comes to filling LARGE buckets. The only thing they get right is the chicken count when it comes to buying a chicken or boneless buckets. But bucket of fries or popcorn chicken, expect half full or less.
But the original or crispy chicken is always crispy. Maybe they should stick to being a chicken company and nix the other stuff they can't seem to get right. Heck they even removed that old classic green coleslaw in favor for the shredded version."
