Last time I ordered, my rice and beans was missing, and my horchata was missing. Plus, the container of guacamole I paid extra for was only half filled and browning. The cheese on the taquitos is just thrown on every single time, and doesn't even melt on the taquitos evenly whatsoever. It's actually comical sometimes how messily it's thrown together. Also, even when they remember to include my rice and beans, it's thrown on top of everything, super messy. Just like the cheese. And all the missing items. The attention to detail is just not there. I used to be a fan but I probably will not be ordering here again. And the taquitos are the only affordable item on the menu. The rest is horribly overpriced. A side of plain tortilla chips is $5? And every other meal being at least $20 for something like a basic burrito. Maybe if it was higher quality food, but this is like fast food quality. Dissapointed and not sure if I'll order again."

It's was a large piece of steak breaded with a really tasty not to heavy gravy.with Two large over easy eggs toast and chips and salsa. What's more impressive that when there was no place to mark the side you wanted and the way you want the eggs someone actually called from the restaurant and confirmed my preference. In all the years with situation like that the restaurant never calls and there is almost always something missing with these door dash orders. This had it all jam for the toast. Even silverware and a napkin rare.

"I really want to give an amazing rating because I've been frequenting Ricardo's for so many years, but it's just not the same. Sizzling Fajitas Especiales here are just not it. It's an "expensive" plate yet the least quality of food products and overall bland. Also, not allowing to modify a dish that is modifiable in the restaurant sucks! I'm a veggie person, but I do not love onions. In fact, I despise them. Most of the plate is onions. I added pre and post onion removal photos to show just how much. The peppers are never cooked enough, and most of the plate is onions. Sorry to leave a negative review, hopefully they change that. Husband says the California Burrito Special is good."

However, I did notice that our last two delivery orders differed slightly from our previous experiences — the portions of eggs and potatoes were smaller, and the added ingredients on the pancakes were not quite the same as before. I know it’s a small inconvenience, but we usually order specific items to share between two adults because it’s always been the perfect amount. The last two times, however, the portions were only enough for one adult, which is why I wanted to mention it. It may have simply been an unusually busy morning or a small oversight in the kitchen.
That said, I truly appreciate the convenience of being able to enjoy Plumeria from home — it’s wonderful to start a Saturday morning with such flavorful dishes without having to leave the house or wait in line.
