I was worried that it might arrive too melted since I ordered delivery but I paid the extra $2.99 to ensure that my order came directly to me without any other pickups or dropoffs and it was perfect consistency. So why only 3 stars? The first time I tried the Banana Caramel Crunch® (in store) they put such a small piece of banana and so little caramel or almonds that it just tasted like French vanilla. But since the recipe sounded so good i tried it again this time and paid for extra everything. I had the 'Gotta Have It' size to split with my husband and while he was eating his half first we noticed that every bit of toppings was on the top and sides leaving a center (equivalent to at least 1/2 the cup) that was solid plain vanilla. They didn't chop it up and mix it through which is the whole concept of the place. They didnt even start making it until my delivery driver arrived to pick it up so maybe they rushed it but that's no excuse. I'm very disappointed because its a rare occasion for me and I didn't get what I wanted. I used to get Cold Stone with my family at 2 other locations prior to moving here and this has never happened before. So I suggest skipping the delivery and order "in person" so they make it in front you and you can make adjustments on your ice cream if it isn't looking they way you want. So now I know why it survived the delivery without melting at all...because it had a solid center :(. This review is for the Tracy location only. "

"This is the first time I've ordered something that has crispy toasted bread for delivery that was received still crispy and not soggy because the packaging seals the product without steam buildup. The Giddy Up Melt and Hittin' Snooze Melt were both hot and delicious and the price was a very good value for what you get. The Hittin' Snooze Melt was a savory breakfast melt with a sweet maple condiment that made it taste like a gourmet version of McDonalds McGriddles but the sweetness was not as overpowering. My husband said he liked it better than a breakfast burrito (which is his go to) so if you're bored with your current "on the go" breakfast and want to try something new I'd definitly give this a try. If you ordered ahead of time for pick up it would be as quick as going through a drive thru. The Giddy Up Melt was equally good but it's more of a lunch/dinner melt. I loved that it was filled with the crispy/crunchy bits of the meat which is always my favorite part of any roast because the glaze or rub is sort of carmelized on the ends. Either one of these will fill you up as much as any large burger and you don't need any sides in my opinion as the amount of meat is generous. Usually fast food is a sacrifice on freshness and taste versus if it were made at home but these melts are the exception which is surprising to me given that this restaurant is actually running out of Denny's kitchens. My family will definitly be ordering these again and we will be trying the other melts as well. This is the kind of food you crave after having it for the first time."
