Beverages the sweet tea had WAY TOO much ice. I'm going to need a refill with that much ice!! The other thing I would change is how the bag is filled. The lava cake isn't going to be hot - not with ice cream inside it's container (which spilled out because it melted). Cold food ALWAYS goes on the bottom with HOT food on the top - why? Because cold air sinks (goes downwards) & hot air rises (goes upward).. Why is it, not enough people know this about how hot air moves & cold air moves, especially in the restaurant industry???
