The egg rolls are good but it feels strange that they seemingly use more of a flaky pastry crust instead of wonton wrapper, and the interior is very mushy, if you're thrown off about those textures!"

"In the restaurant the Fajita Mix & Match Fajitas is served with 4 flour tortillas. I always ask for extra. Since this was delivered, I paid $1 extra for 4 extra tortillas, but there's only 6 in the aluminum wrap. 😕. Mini Chocolate Molten is the perfect size for me. Beverages the sweet tea had WAY TOO much ice. I'm going to need a refill with that much ice!! The other thing I would change is how the bag is filled. The lava cake isn't going to be hot - not with ice cream inside it's container (which spilled out because it melted). Cold food ALWAYS goes on the bottom with HOT food on the top - why? Because cold air sinks (goes downwards) & hot air rises (goes upward).. Why is it, not enough people know this about how hot air moves & cold air moves, especially in the restaurant industry??? "Rib-Eye Taco Salad was good, steak had a lot of flavor and the bowl stayed crispy. I wrapped most of it inside the corn tortillas, which were soft and still hot. Unfortunately I did not get the bean dip but an extra plus sized tub of cheese, so if they were out they are forgiven haha. Cheese Dip was great, creamy and not spicy for non-heat seekers. I liked the guac because it was avocado forward, not too sharp on onion, but one of my party mentioned she prefers smoother guac (up to you what you like, she mushed a portion and was happy, I love chunky!). I always appreciate the paper bags of fresh chips."

The only reasons I gave 4 stars is bc the pork in my Chimichanga was SUPER chewy, AND bc I prefer flour tortillas, which is the kind of tortillas every other local Mexican restaurant uses when making Chimichangas. (At least the 3 I eat at, anyway.) I would like to add that I also enjoyed their beans, rice, and salsa. I'm pretty particular about all 3, so I was really surprised to find that they were all very tasty.
