An "option" was how did I want the bread?--I thought this was an odd question because every time I've had one in every other restaurant --it's universally known as a FRIED sandwich (so having options--how odd), so I left it on "plain" **assuming** this restaurant knew what it was doing since this type sandwich is fried and if I wanted a regular ham and cheese, I would have bought one. This is what I got--a ham and swiss but NOT a Monte Cristo. I also asked for light powdered sugar and there's none. Won't be back."

"Don Juan's has left me extremely dissatisfied. I made an order for 24 tamales, but unfortunately, they turned out to be watery and greasy with no other flavors, and they were served at room temperature. Additionally, the cheese fries were only half cooked. The quality was so poor that I could only manage to eat two tamales. Even the cinnamon strips were lacking, as there were only 5 strips. It's disappointing because I had previously received an outstanding food delivery from them. Perhaps I will give them another chance in a few months."

"I was too busy eating to get pictures. The fried rice was a bit bland, for my personal taste, but I had soy sauce packets and such to adjust. Not a big deal at all. I thought the price was high (I got the teriyaki chicken bento with soup and lobster rangoon side) but once it was actually in front of me, absolutely worth the money. It was everything I wanted. My dasher was also a rockstar. If you see Barbara as your person, tip her well. She's going to make sure you're taken care of. 100% would recommend. The food was great. The onion soup was so comforting. Take all of my money. "

"Grew up having this pizza at school rewards/ functions since they priced it great for teachers/admin. Awesome to have a business that cares about kids. Was always my favorite as a child and now, living in Austin, when I come into town to visit family I try to always pick it up. I think they use provolone in the cheese blend which gives it a distinct texture/ taste that I LOVE. Original pepperoni pizza is the best!!! I used to love the pepperoni rolls but in the 2000's they changed the recipe and I'll pass on those now."

"There was only 6 pepperonis on my large one topping pizza. I did ask for only half pepperoni/half cheese but 6 pepperonis and 3 of them being on one slice is wild. The cheesy breadsticks are really good, but the cinnamon breadsticks were drizzled with glaze and the powdered cinnamon was thrown on in a thick layer that coated the mouth. I won't be ordering those again as I threw them in the trash because they were basically inedible."
