I also wish that restaurants which served lots of fried food would follow Chili's lead on packaging take out orders. When you pkg fried food in styrofoam containers and then place it in plastic bags that are tied up, the steam has nowhere to go. You are ensuring that your customers have soggy food by the time it gets to their house. Using cardboard take out containers and paper bags helps the fried food retain its integrity and stay crispy.
