"This is the 3rd order in a row that the untoasted bagel that I got was very dark and the everything seasoning that was on top was burnt. It had to have been baked too long because I didn't have it toasted. It was also dry. The employee should have noticed it when they sliced it and put it in the bag. The iced coffee that I order has been good up until today's. Today it was very dark to the point of being bitter. I specified how many creams and sugar that I wanted as always but that wasn't what I received. If I had transportation I would have returned it. Hopefully maybe these mistakes aren't ongoing and maybe because it's a new store and it looks like there was a lapse in training new employees. I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts products but I am disappointed so I may not patronize this store anymore."

I'm used to going to Sonic's in the southern states, and these burgers at Sonic here in Ohio since I've moved here have been totally different.
