The whole point is to customize the burger, yet I am missing the sauce about 50% of the time. Without it, it is just a plain, dry burger. Rarely, they put an ingredient on there that I requested they leave off, or they didn't add something else I asked for, but nothing like the amount of times I don't get the sauce. The sauce is the only reason I even get this specific meal! I could order from cheaper places to get a comperable or even burger, but I order from here for the sauce. Additionally, this time, my Barq's® Root Beer (sealed) wasn't all the way filled. It was missing about an inch of soda from the top. That was on top of the missing sauce. This order was clearly not quality controlled before given to the driver. "Ive never had a bad item from Sweet Basil Thai. 31. Green Curry pineapple 47. Hawaiian Fried Rice with Shrimp (and they dont skimp) 9. Basil Crab Ranggoon with actual crab and not imitation best meal ive had in a really long time. Take out isnt always fresh but from here it is!"

"The Pineapple Curry* was not filled to the top. The worst thing was the rice that came with it. It was basically half full. I actually had to cook more rice myself to finish the Pineapple Curry* . The Cucumber Salad came with onions, which I'm allergic to. It doesn't mention that on their menu. it tasted awful like raw onion and not at all like cucumber or anything else. The flavor of the Pineapple Curry* was amazing. I'm extremely disappointed considering the price we paid."
