"I had gone through the drive through and ordered a 12 piece extra crispy bucket, pot pie, large Mac and cheese, a classic chicken sandwich and wanted to up size to a large fry and the soda bucket. They would not let me up size. I actually had to order them separately. So i paid for fries and a soda i did not need. Then i end up waiting over 30 minutes for our order for them to tell me they didn't have the wings in extra crispy. And instead of just adding three different pieces they made sure i got wings in original. Which we dont like. Then when we got the food i was appalled. The Mac and cheese is so runny it runs right off the plate. The fried chicken had been sitting inthe heater for eternity because it was leather. So im trying to figure out why iwaited so long for a meal that has obviously been done for a very long time. Im not even going to start on the fries. I pay for a large and get a half of order(box was only half full) and the small fry that came with the combo had like 5 fries in it. I used to love KFC but they have lost my service due to the fact they dont care about their quality of service and food. What ever happened to customer service. It does not end after you put the order in and pay. They should want all customers happy with the quality of food and the quality of service. "
