They hung up each time barely letting us explain, and they were extremely rude. Driver appeared to handle with care, gave no indication it was mishandled, he had high reviews, and very polite. The desserts themselves were ill portioned/or simply given the non- desirable pieces, each extremely, two unlike in the description, and just not well prepared.
