The second issue, I ordered apple caramel tea bread. Apparently, it was out of stock between the time I ordered sometime after 6 am, so the store provided a substitute. That's fine on one accord, but maybe let the customer pick or just give credit back. What was given as a substitute cannot be eaten due to food allergies.
3rd, my apple fritter was just tossed into the bag on top of my sandwich containers and not covered, and a mess. Really wanted to support local and not the big chains. I'm hoping it taste better than it looks."

"Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating I can give, but this is honestly the first time I wish I can give negative stars.
First and last time ordering from here. I got the hot open pot roast sandwich which comes with soup or salad, potato and vegetables. So under special requests I asked for a side of extra gravy and either curly fries or a baked potato. The bag was very light so I knew the amount of food was going to be disappointing. Really what I received was incredibly sad and disgusting, especially for the price.
The only side I got was a salad with NO dressing. They didnt give me any potatoes or veggies.
The "pot roast" was some low grade meat on 2 thick slices of bread to make it look like more with some orange- brown gravy. More on the orange side. I've never seen pot roast gravy that color . So I am grateful they didn't give me the extra side that I asked for, since it was beyond gross.
Definitely my worse food delivery ever. I don't understand how a place that serves food like this manages to stay in business. So gross I couldnt even consider trying something else from them. "
