"One of my favorite taco trucks around. This truck has hands down the best Lengua in all of Birmingham!!! Their corn tortillas are always warm, soft, and buttery, not cold, tough, and doughy. However the Lengua is well seasoned and marinaded with amazing flavor that it is so juicy and tender it just falls apart. If you want tacos or you want a burrito, you can not go wrong with their Lengua as your choice of meat. I will also say that they have a great menu selection full of options. The LG Birria Pizza is quite the dish, especially if you're looking for something to share with your significant other or friends. And you can not go wrong with their Chips and Queso either.

The Pizza Birria doesn't have a lot of flavor and the sauce doesn't really do much for it. It has the thickness of a quesadilla. When dipped in the queso it tastes better. Wouldn't order again.

I could drink that everyday if I didn't think my body would side the digestive consequences. It is the perfect summer drink, and probably wouldn't be bad as a mixer for an adult beverage.
