Pretzel Bread and Sandwich Bread arrived frozen and unsliced, once thawed, sliced, and toasted, the "rye" (a substitute for carrot/sunflower) was hearty, tasty and the authentic flavor came out nicely with turkey and Dijon (carroway on point, wouldn't mind more). As former East Coasters we rlly wanted to like the Pretzel Bread but the taste & texture isn't very similar (and we eat a lot of gluten-free/allergin-free products)...it's also too salty, even for my salt-loving relative. Toast extra for better texture. Gourmet Cupcake was "berry" flavor, but tasted orange (still very good), texture of fluffy cake and icing delightful (sugar crystals a perfect touch)- yet mildly sweet. Today’s muffins (dairy-free) lemon, surprisingly had icing, wrapped in a wrapper (very useful) and DELICIOUS- fresh as cupcake. Portions satisfying. WOULD ReORDER."

"The Iced Caramel Latte was delicious and sweet. The tortilla was perfection and obviously made in house. there was a decent amount of cheese on the Two Eggs , hash browns were mostly crispy like I like instead of slimey and undercooked like most restaurants. the bacon was crisp and thinner cut. The salsa for 1.99 was only a tiny little cup though. Overall delicious breakfast."

"Chicken Fried Steak Platter - the steak was good but the default vegetables were bland and tasteless. Would prefer to have a choice for more appealing vegetables. Full Stack - pancakes were large and filling. But very visually unappealing and dry because the extremely high price for basic toppings like chocolate chips or whipped cream ($3.99!!!) means you just get plain dry pancakes if you choose not to pay the ridiculous surcharge. Overall the food is just mediocre and could be improved by offering better, tastier vegetables and not charging exorbitant fees for very inexpensive toppings that would greatly improve both appearance and taste.
