"They apparently only have one type of sub bread, at a sub shop. So don't think you're getting a choice of different subs if you pick wheat and what not. You'll end up getting generic sandwhich bread not a sub. They don't follow instructions, leave stuff off, and put WAYYYY too much lettuce on the sandwhich. Literally half my sandwhich was lettuce falling out all over the place. The dasher updates don't work since they use their own courier. You have to pay close attention to your door because they'll arrive while it still says the meal is being prepared on the tracker. They also don't answer the phone. I'd rather eat at any other sub shop.

"I ordered the King Club, no lettuce or tomato, with mac&cheese as a side, and a chocolate chip cookie. What I received was supposedly a "Club", not King Club, (even though the price was the same, $12.90) but it doubles the amount of meat and cheese. Normally, the King Club comes in a large styromfoam container, because it is so big. This sandwich showed up in a small paper wrap, like what's used for hamburgers. This club had only 2 pieces of untoasted bread, with a slice of turkey, a slice of ham and a slice of cheese, and NO bacon, with only a small dab of mayo and honey mustard sauce.(I had requested extra sides of both sauces) And the side was a 1/2 full small container of mac&cheese. Very disappointing. I know it was Mother's Day, and they may have been overloaded with orders. But it's still no excuse to let it leave the restaurant, like that. I sent a private review, to give them an opportunity to make it right and haven't heard back from them...so now it's a public review. All I want is for the restaurant to make it right, with another order delivered to me, or a complete refund. "
