It had just a little heat in it to keep it interesting. Catfish Dinner was cooked perfectly. Was not served with bread like other spots. The greens were good, the Mac and cheese had a good taste but we got the last of it and it showed, the mashed potatoes with gravy I would not get again. Solid first time, I would definitely return."

Meat comes right off the bone.- only once did I find them to be overcooked -on the really dried out side. I think it was because it was at the end of dinner rush, huge crowd that night. Even though it was packed and busy the manager was kind enough to actually talk with me-looked at the ribs and agreed not to its normal standards. And offered a different entree for same price etc. it's nice that the staff there really cares about the food quality and customer satisfaction. We also always order (even if not eating dinners) the Mac Balls - tots are amazing!!! Have never been disappointed with the giant pretzel with beer cheese. I really like the Cauliflower Nugs.
