"I have not had a Papa John's Pizza in years, when I saw the local Manitowoc location was on Door dash , I decided to order a Create Your Own Pizza 12" with the original crust, standard cheese and sauce I topped it with banana peppers, mushrooms, black olives and sausage. It was so disgusting we tossed it after the first bite. We also ordered and chose 3 different kinds of donuts, but didnt get any of the flavors we chose and 2 out of the 3 were the same kind. Why wouldnt you have just skipped the donuts and given us a refund or credit? We do not appreciate being charged over $6, including extra tax and tip, for 3 donuts we don't even like and won't eat.
