I could have done without the topping, but not because there was anything wrong with it, just personal preference. (It had a fried flavor I did not care for.) I still gave the Yummy Yummy Roll a five, because it deserves it!"

"The extra Jameson Glaze wasn't delivered with the order. Though from the glaze on the Brussels sprouts, I'll say that it is very good. The coleslaw was WAY to bitter/peppery for my taste. I could only eat a bite. The portion of shrimp in the Shrimp Dinner was majorly disappointing for the price and they would have been much better had the Jameson Glaze been included as ordered. The BYO Burger was actually very tasty and very filling. A bit on the pricey side, but the patty was properly cooked, flavorful and the perfect amount. The side variety of free toppings is a plus as well. We ordered a side of loaded waffle fries with the burger, and they were mediocre. The fries themselves were soggy rather than crispy and the cheese was "straight from a can" nacho sauce. All in all, the food from Johnny J's was as underwhelming as it was brag worthy. 3 stars for food and taste. 2 stars for value."
