That's not a fault on part of the cook, the cook did great, but at McDonald's the eggs have a nice fluffy scramble, here at J in the B it tastes like the eggs are made on a grill over-easy, so its hard to get that same fluffy consistency that you see in a good McDonald's scramble. The Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit is also soft, not crunchy, which doesn't taste as good. I'm really glad I tried the jack in the box breakfast, I don't think I'd do it again, but you guys have a lot of other great things going on with your menu.
