"Normally I go to this location in person, however today I wasn't feeling well so I decided to order online. Like usual the food was great and tasted fresh. The Turkey Bacon (4 Pcs) wasn't too greasy and it wasn't high in sodium. The Apple Turnover was really like. It's flaky and warm. I really love the spices in the filling. The Chicken Caesar Wrap is fresh, the lettuce was nice and crunchy, they didnt add a lot of dressing which I loved. I hate when places drown in dressing, but Pantanos doesn't! Lastly, the Iced Coffee (20Oz) is always perfect. Not too sweet, still bold and it doesn't taste burnt! It's very smooth. "

"Their staff is so sweet! When I placed an order for a Original Banana Pudding, I put in a request saying that I have a nut allergy. Their staff was kind enough to give me a call and list off all of the ingredients:) The pudding was rich, the nilla wafers were fluffy, and the bananas were ripe! "I can't speak to the bagels from here because I did not receive any. I ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese and specified in the comments that I wanted an everything bagel and for the bacon to be crispy. I received the BEC on a roll with floppy bacon. I ordered two individually everything Bagels and received flagels, they're okay, but not what I ordered. I ordered Pasta Salad 1/4lb and received egg salad which had ALOT of mayo. I ordered a Chocolate Chip Cookie and a Macadamia Nut Cookie and they were dry and over cooked. Nothing worth paying for. The Macadamia Nut Cookie had coconut in it which is fine but not advertised and could be problematic since it arrived without a package/ingredient list. Overall, not a good experience since I didnt get most of what I ordered. "
