The onion rings had the perfect batter to onion ratio and had a slight sweet taste and held up without slipping off the onion-splendid. They also give you hot and sweet peppers and pickles on the side. The only thing is that it took an hour for my food to be ready and when I went to pick it up, I saw about 10-12 people in the kitchen just standing around it seems. So I was very confused as to why it took so long to make the food... Customer service was decent. Packaging, neat and tight. They just need to get new take out bags with stronger handles because mine broke- but no biggie. 9/10 definitely recommend."
