And the ripped part has toast marks on it implying that someone saw this BEFORE putting it into the toaster? No one could've looked at this massacred, sad excuse for a sandwich and thought it was acceptable to put into a bag and ship off. Quality control is obviously lacking at this location, and judging by the number of items I was told were out of stock, I'm going to go ahead and blame the management on this one. To top it all off, my order took 40 mins to arrive when I was quoted 10-14, though I know it's because the restaurant was waiting to fire a new sandwich because they called me from my dasher's phone. Also, if we were already on the phone why didn't they ask me about the missing donuts so I could pick my own replacement?! Staff is obviously overworked, and the only reason I ever go back to this place is because it's so close to my house. I do not recommend ordering from here if you value your time and sanity. 2/10."

These donuts are pricey, however, the product is high quality. I definitely will definitely be back."
