My guess is they try to mask the shortcomings of unfresh sushi and cheap ingredients with loads of sauce. The sauce, though pretty good, even seemed a tad watered down. Recommend saving your money and Door Dashing - Sushi Ushi - Axl and Slash would most definitely prefer it."
